STRATEGIC NEW CLAIM STAKING AROUND
ULTRA-HIGH GRADE QUINN FLUORSPAR PROJECT
Securing Interpreted Strike Extensions of Historical Fluorspar Areas
OD6 Metals Limited (OD6 or the Company) is excited to announce that it has staked additional claims for
exploration adjacent to the Quinn Fluorspar Project, enhancing the district scale cluster of historic high-
grade fluorspar (CaF2) deposits.
HIGHLIGHTS
⢠OD6 has staked multiple new claims surrounding known high-grade fluorspar deposits adjacent to
the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA (over which OD6 holds an exclusive option to acquire a 100%
legal and beneficial interest as announced on 4 March 2026).
⢠New claims secure additional ground over extensive epithermal alteration zones considered highly
prospective for new fluorspar discoveries.
⢠Expanded landholding within the broader Quinn fluorite district, covering interpreted strike
extensions of several historic deposits including Mammoth, Spar, Big Jim, Rocket, Jumbo and
Horseshoe.
⢠The additional claims capture multiple structural corridors and favourable carbonate host rocks known
to host fluorite mineralisation within the region.
⢠Newly staked claims also secure the Dresser epithermal alteration target, a large untested zone
interpreted to host additional fluorite mineralisation.
⢠The additional claims significantly strengthens OD6âs position within a historically producing fluorite
district in Nevada, one of the worldâs most attractive mining jurisdictions.
Managing Director Brett Hazelden, commented:
âThe newly staked claims surrounding the Quinn Fluorspar Project, which OD6 holds an exclusive option over,
significantly strengthens OD6âs position within what we believe is an expansive district-scale fluorite system in
Nevada. By staking additional claims around the known deposits we have secured key structural corridors and
extensive epithermal alteration zones that we believe have strong potential to host additional fluorite mineralisation.
Importantly, the new claims capture the large Dresser alteration target, which represents a compelling new
exploration opportunity within favourable carbonate host rocks similar to those hosting the existing fluorite deposits
in the district.
Fluorspar is recognised as a critical mineral in the United States, with growing demand driven by defense batteries,
semiconductors, nuclear technologies, steelmaking and advanced fluorochemicals. The United States currently
imports 100% of its fluorspar supply, highlighting the strategic importance of developing domestic sources. With the
Quinn project located in Nevada, one of the worldâs leading mining jurisdictions, OD6 is, subject to exercising its
exclusive option to acquire the Quinn project, well positioned to advance exploration across this highly prospective
district while evaluating the broader opportunity to help supply critical fluorspar to US industry.â

Major Expansion of Quinn District Footprint
OD6 Metals is pleased to announce the successful staking of additional claims surrounding the Quinn
Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA. over which OD6 holds an exclusive option to acquire a 100% legal and
beneficial interest.
The newly staked claims extend the Companyâs land position across a large epithermal alteration system
interpreted to host multiple fluorite-bearing structures. These claims have the potential to capture significant
exploration upside beyond the known deposits and historic workings at the Quinn Fluorspar Project.
Subject to OD6 exercising its option to acquire the Quinn Fluorspar Project, the expanded claim position will
secure the extensive Quinn fluorite district, including strike extensions and potential repetitions of the
mineralised structures hosting the Mammoth, Spar, Big Jim, Rocket, Jumbo, North Horseshoe and Horseshoe
deposits.
Importantly, the new claims also cover the Dresser target area, a large zone of epithermal alteration within
favourable carbonate host rocks (limestone and dolomite) that has seen little modern exploration despite
geological similarities to the nearby fluorite deposits. Epithermal alteration was indicated by reviewing satellite
imagery including alteration indices from hyperspectral data from the EnMap satellite.

Consolidating a District-Scale Fluorspar System
The Quinn project is located within a well-developed fluorite district hosted in favourable carbonate sequences,
where hydrothermal fluids associated with intrusive activity have produced extensive fluorite-bearing veins,
breecia pipes and replacement bodies.
Geological mapping and historic data indicate the system extends beyond the known deposits, with epithermal
alteration and structural corridors continuing across a broader area.
The new claims were strategically staked to secure:
⢠Strike extensions of known fluorite deposits
⢠Large epithermal alteration zones
⢠Favourable carbonate host rocks
⢠Structural corridors associated with fluorite mineralisation
Subject to OD6 exercising its option to acquire the Quinn Fluorspar Project, the new claims will provide OD6
with control over a large mineralised system with potential for both near-term resource growth and new
discovery targets.
New Discovery Target Area â Dresser Area
A key focus of the claim expansion is the Dresser epithermal alteration target, located south of the main
Quinn deposits.
This area hosts a large footprint of hydrothermal alteration within favourable Pogonip limestone and Simonson
dolomite units, both known to host fluorite mineralisation elsewhere in the district.
The geological setting suggests the Dresser target may represent another centre of hydrothermal activity within
the broader fluorite system.
OD6 plans to prioritise this area for geological mapping, geochemical sampling and target generation.
Due Diligence and Next Steps
As part of its due diligence program in connection with the Quinn Fluorspar Project (see announcement dated 4
March 2026, âOD6 TO ACQUIRE ULTRA HIGH GRADE USA FLUORSPAR PROJECTSâ), OD6 intends to collect new
samples from the surface showings to test the veracity of historic reports, including:
⢠Conduct systematic surface rock chip and channel sampling
⢠Verify historic assay grades
⢠Complete detailed geological mapping and structural interpretation
⢠Undertake soil geochemistry sampling and testing
⢠Consider geophysical testing and interpretation
⢠Develop and Prioritisation of drill targets across the district
⢠Commence permitting requirements for the initial drill program
⢠Review metallurgical sampling and testing needs

About OD6 Metals
OD6 Metals is an Australian public company pursuing exploration and development opportunities within the critical minerals
sector, namely rare earths, copper and fluorspar.
Rare Earth Elements
OD6 Metals has successfully identified clay hosted rare earths at its 100% owned Splinter Rock Project which is located in
the Esperance-Goldfields region of Western Australia.
The Company released a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for Splinter Rock in May 2024, confirming that the project hosts
one of the largest and highest-grade clay-hosted rare earths deposits in Australia with an Indicated Resource of 119Mt @
1,632ppm TREO and an Inferred Resource of 563Mt @ 1,275ppm TREO with an overall ratio of ~23% high-value Magnetic
Rare Earths (MagREE).
An innovative Process Flow sheet has been selected utilising Heap Leaching, Nano-filtration and Ion Exchange Technologies
that have achieved ~75% Nd & Pr overall recovery, produced a high-quality Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate or Hydroxide
(MREC/H) of ~56-59% TREO, with low levels of impurities (Al, Fe, P, Si) and extremely low uranium and thorium content.
Fluorspar (Fluorite)
The Company secured an option to acquire the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA. Nevada is regarded as one of the
worldâs premier mining jurisdictions and is currently ranked second in the 2025 Fraser Instituteâs Mining Attractiveness Index.
Historically a number of the Quinn Fluorspar deposits were mined in the 1950âs for Fluorspar. In 1969. The United States
Geological Survey (USGS) conducted a survey and confirmed fluorspar grading up to 72% CaF2 in bulk samples.
The USA currently imports 100% of all Fluorspar consumed domestically with 68% of all global supply sourced from China
(USGS 2024). Fluorspar is listed as a Critical Mineral by the USGS and is essential in the production of hydrofluoric acid, AI
semi-conductor chip etching, advanced battery technologies and nuclear fuel processing with other applications in defence
and aerospace technologies.
Copper
The Company is advancing the Gulf Creek Copper-Zinc VMS Project located near the town of Barraba in NSW.
Gulf Creek was mined at around the turn of the 20th century and was once regarded as the highest-grade copper mine (2%
to 6.5% Cu) in NSW until its closure due to weak copper prices in 1912. Very little exploration has occurred at the project in
over 100 years, with OD6 aiming to apply modern day exploration technologies.
The 2025 maiden drilling program successfully defined high grade copper below the historical mine plus confirmed the
strong relationship between magnetism and massive sulphide mineralisation. Geophysical modelling has identified multiple,
high priority and targets providing over >3km of strike in the immediate mine-stratigraphy, and over >10km across the
tenement.
