In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information: 1. Reason for trading halt – The trading halt is requested pending an announcement of a material acquisition of a US Critical Minerals project and a capital raising (Announcement). 2. Duration of the trading halt – the Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the Announcement and the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 4 March 2026. 3.
