OD6 COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF DISTRICT-SCALE
HIGH-GRADE QUINN FLUORSPAR PROJECT, NEVADA USA
HIGHLIGHTS
⢠OD6 Metals completes acquisition of high-grade Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, USA
Acquisition following four months of successful due diligence and rapid value creation
⢠Total consideration of A$200,000 paid (A$100,000 cash and $100,000 OD6 shares),
⢠The wholly owned subsidiary U.S. Fluorspar LLC now holds a 100% legal and beneficial interest
in the 48 mining claims comprising the project (announcement, 4 March 2026).
⢠Alongside 178 additional claims staked since March 2026, OD6 has now consolidated 100%
ownership of 226 mining claims covering ~1,890 hectares
⢠Multiple new project areas added, with +20 Fluorspar occurrences, supporting a future hub-
and-spoke development strategy
⢠Exceptional high-grade channel sampling verifies numerous high-grade historical intersections,
all near-surface and open in multiple directions
⢠Multiple high-priority drill targets defined from integrated geological mapping, fluorine
geochemistry, structural interpretation and historical drilling
⢠8km fertile mineralised corridor confirmed with additional high-grade fluorine anomalies
identified outside known deposits
⢠Low impurity mineralisation supports potential production of premium Acidspar (>97% CaFâ)
and Metspar products following beneficiation
⢠Permitting program underway, including environmental baseline, archaeological studies and
preparation of drilling and bulk sample approvals
⢠Metallurgical testwork advancing with optical sorting and beneficiation studies to optimise
premium product recoveries
⢠Potential Gold Upside identified in soil sampling across Mammoth, Horseshoe and Dress Circle
⢠Fluorspar is a designated US Critical Mineral; the United States is 100% import reliant with ~63%
of global supply sourced from China (USGS, 2024)
Managing Director Brett Hazelden, commented:
"What began as an acquisition opportunity has rapidly evolved into what we believe is a district-scale critical
minerals project. During the option period we not only confirmed exceptional historical grades but expanded the
project almost fivefold, identified multiple new mineralised systems, advanced permitting and metallurgy, and
generated numerous high-priority drill targets. Importantly, every major work program has continued to strengthen
our confidence in Quinn's potential to become a strategic domestic supplier of premium fluorspar into the United
States.
With completion of the acquisition, OD6 now controls one of the largest consolidated fluorspar exploration positions
in the United States. Combined with ongoing exploration success, metallurgy and permitting activities, the Company
is now transitioning from acquisition to systematic resource definition and project development.â

The Quinn Fluorspar Project acquisition comprises 48 State of Nevada Mining Claims located approximately
220km north of Las Vegas within a highly prospective epithermal fluorite district. Historical mining and
exploration, combined with OD6âs recent field programs, have confirmed widespread high-grade fluorspar
mineralisation across multiple deposits including Horseshoe, Mammoth and Big Jim. In addition to the 48
Mining Claims acquired, and as previously announced on 23 June 2026, US Fluorspar LLC has also staked an
additional 178 mining claims, with the Companyâs landholding comprising 226 mining claims in the State of
Nevada, USA, covering approximately 1,890 hectares across seven project areas.
