Quinn advances.
Managing Director Brett Hazelden, commented:
"Acceptance into the Defense Industrial Base Consortium is another important milestone in positioning OD6 and
our Quinn Fluorspar Project within the U.S. critical-minerals and defence-industrial supply chain.
The strategic alignment is clear. The United States remains entirely net import reliant for fluorspar, while minerals,
mining, refining and processing are specifically identified within DIBC's Strategic and Critical Materials sector.
Importantly, DIBC provides an established mechanism through which the U.S. Government can support projects and
capabilities designed to strengthen domestic critical-mineral and defence supply chains. Membership provides OD6
with greater visibility of potential funding opportunities and a platform to engage directly with industry participants
and potential strategic partners.
This builds on our completed SAM.gov registration and broader U.S. Government engagement strategy. Our focus
remains on advancing permitting, exploration and metallurgical testwork at Quinn while establishing the
relationships and funding pathways that could support its future development"

OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6) (âOD6â or âthe Companyâ) is pleased to advise that it has been accepted as
a member of the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium (âDIBCâ), representing a further important step in
the Companyâs U.S. Government and critical-minerals strategy.
About the Defence Industrial Base Consortium
The Defense Industrial Base Consortium (âDIBCâ) is an industry-government consortium established to
expand and strengthen the U.S. defence industrial base.
DIBC operates under an Other Transaction Agreement (âOTAâ), a streamlined U.S. Government contracting
mechanism designed to facilitate collaboration between government, industry, academia and non-traditional
contractors.
The consortium supports the U.S. Governmentâs objective of developing a robust and resilient defence industrial
base capable of responding to national-security requirements and reducing critical supply-chain vulnerabilities.
DIBC identifies a number of sectors as critical to the defence industrial base, including Strategic and Critical
Materials.
Membership provides OD6 with access to DIBC information and opportunities, including applicable government
solicitations, partnering and teaming opportunities and engagement across government, industry and academia.
Importantly, DIBC membership is expressly available to qualifying organisations based in Australia, Canada and
the United Kingdom, in addition to the United States.
Strong Strategic Alignment with Quinn
OD6 considers the DIBC Strategic and Critical Materials sector to be directly relevant to the development of
the Quinn Fluorspar Project. The alignment between DIBCâs strategic objectives and the work being undertaken
by OD6 at Quinn is summarised below:
DIBC / U.S. Strategic Priority Quinn Fluorspar Project Alignment
Strategic & Critical Materials Fluorspar is designated a U.S. Critical Mineral
Reduce foreign supply-chain reliance U.S. remains net import reliant for fluorspar
Domestic minerals and mining
Quinn is located in Nevada, USA, providing potential new
domestic fluorspar supply
Beneficiation and processing

97% CaFâ) and Acidspar (>97% CaFâ) products
Supply-chain resilience
Quinn has the potential to contribute to a secure, domestic U.S.
fluorspar supply chain
In February 2026, DIBC released a specific solicitation titled âDomestic Processing Capabilities of Critical
Mineralsâ, further demonstrating the U.S. Governmentâs focus on establishing and expanding domestic critical-
mineral processing capability.
This focus closely aligns with OD6âs current activities at Quinn, including:
⢠ore sorting and beneficiation testwork
⢠comprehensive metallurgical testwork
3
⢠evaluation of potential Metspar and Acidspar product specifications
⢠exploration and drilling preparation
⢠environmental and cultural baseline studies
⢠advancement of U.S. permitting
OD6 will assess future DIBC solicitations and other opportunities relevant to fluorspar mining, beneficiation,
processing and downstream supply chains as they arise.
Established US Government Funding Mechanism
DIBC provides an established mechanism through which the U.S. Government can support projects and
capabilities aimed at strengthening the domestic defence industrial base and strategic supply chains.
Publicly disclosed DIBC awards demonstrate funding across a range of strategic and critical-material initiatives,
including projects involving antimony, germanium, silicon and other materials relevant to the U.S. defence
industrial base.
The combination of the following provides a strong strategic platform from which OD6 can assess applicable
U.S. Government funding and partnership opportunities as Quinn advances:
⢠OD6âs DIBC membership
⢠its completed SAM.gov registration
⢠Quinnâs location within the United States
⢠fluorsparâs designation as a U.S. Critical Mineral
⢠U.S. net import reliance for fluorspar
⢠OD6âs advancing beneficiation and metallurgical programs
OD6 has not received any funding award through DIBC and there can be no assurance that the Company or the
Quinn Fluorspar Project will receive funding under DIBC or any other U.S. Government program.
Membership does, however, position OD6 to identify and pursue applicable opportunities as Quinn advances
and further technical, metallurgical and economic information becomes available.
Building OD6âs US Government Strategy
DIBC membership represents the latest step in OD6âs strategy to establish the corporate and government
engagement framework required to support the future development of Quinn.
The Company has progressively:
⢠established its U.S. presence around the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada;
⢠consolidated 100% ownership of 226 mining claims covering approximately 1,890 hectares;
⢠commenced environmental and cultural baseline studies and permitting activities;
⢠advanced ore sorting, beneficiation and comprehensive metallurgical testwork;
⢠completed registration with the U.S. Governmentâs System for Award Management (SAM.gov); and
⢠been accepted as a member of the Defense Industrial Base Consortium
Together, these initiatives are intended to position OD6 to engage effectively with relevant U.S. Government
agencies, defence-industrial participants, downstream users and potential strategic partners as Quinn advances.
