Announcement PDF ASX Announcement 31 May 2024 ASX: OD6 Vesting of Performance Rights OD6 Metals Limited (Company) hereby gives notice, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10.7, that the vesting condition which applies to 1,000,000 Class A Performance Rights has been satisfied, and these performance rights can now be converted into fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shares) at the election of the holder at any time prior to 22 June 2024. The Company confirms that this Performance Milestone was met on the announcement of the Mineral Resource Estimate update of the Splinter Rock project (see Announcement “Mineral Resource Estimate Doubles at Splinter Rock”). Please refer to the Prospectus announced on 20 June 2022 for further details of the terms of these performance rights. The Company will apply for quotation of the applicable Shares issued on conversion of these performance rights by the holder. The notice has been authorised for release to the ASX by the Board. 1 About OD6 Metals OD6 Metals is an Australian public company with a purpose to pursue exploration and development opportunities within the resources sector. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Splinter Rock Project and Grass Patch Project, which are located in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, about 30 to 150km north of the major port and town of Esperance. The projects are considered prospective for clay-hosted rare earth elements (REEs), with the Company’s aim of delineating and defining economic resources and reserves to develop into a future revenue generating operational mine. Clay REE deposits are currently economically extracted in China, which is the dominant world producer of REEs.
