Announcement PDF ASX Announcement 30 April 2026 ASX: OD6 Quotation of Options (OD6AP), Top 20 and Distribution Schedule OD6 Metals Limited (ASX:OD6) (Company or OD6) is pleased to confirm that it expects the quotation of 34,048,146 listed options exercisable at $0.10 expiring 30 April 2028 (the Quoted Options) to commence on 1 May 2026. The Quoted Options were issued by the Company in connection with the Company’s August 2025 placement and as consideration for certain facilitation services provided to the Company and have remained unquoted pending satisfaction of ASX quotation conditions. To enable trading in the Quoted Options, the Company lodged an Options Prospectus (the Prospectus) with ASIC on 24 April 2026, in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Prospectus removes any on-sale restrictions that would otherwise apply to the Quoted Options. A Target Market Determination (TMD) was also released on 24 April 2026 and is available on the Company’s website. The Company has also released an Appendix 2A in respect of the Quoted options earlier today. In accordance with ASX requirements, the following information is attached: • Top 20 holders of the Quoted Options; and • Distribution schedule of the Quoted Options. Additional Information – Exercise of Options Holders of the Quoted Options may exercise their options at any time prior to the expiry date of 30 April 2028 in accordance with the terms set out in the Prospectus. Option holders can exercise their options electronically via the Computershare Investor Centre by logging into their account and following the prompts.
